Requesting an offer
Submitting a form does not commit you to a sale and does not create a purchase agreement. Any offer depends on property review and agreed terms. A sale requires a separately executed written agreement.

SMS Terms — Astra Properties
Our offer form has two separate optional, unchecked SMS choices. The marketing choice authorizes recurring marketing texts from Astra Properties LLC about cash offers and promotional follow-up on selling your property, including messages sent using automated technology. The informational choice authorizes texts about your requested property inquiry, answers to your questions, and appointment scheduling and reminders. You may choose either, both, or neither. Consent to informational texts does not authorize marketing texts. Messages go to the phone number you provide.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting an offer, purchasing a service, or selling your property. You may submit the form without selecting either checkbox. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and interactions. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message and will receive no further program messages unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, email nick@astraproperties.net, or call (860) 831-4607.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Let us know if your phone number changes or is reassigned. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information, including mobile information and SMS consent.
